All sweaters and cotton linings have been pre shrunk, however due to the handmade nature of the products and the embellished needle felting it is recommended to. handwash with a mild soap in cold water and lay flat to dry.   Jackets can be pressed carefully on a low - medium heat setting

If you find you need to exchange an item purchased, you may do so within 5 business days after your purchase.  In order to grant an exchange, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. If a replacement is not possible, a shop credit will be issued at the discretion of KellyWerks. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
